re.alto is a startup originating from the Elia Group, TSO in Belgium and Germany. In 2020, we launched our marketplace to exchange data and services in the energy sector. Currently, we’re working on our Connect product, facilitating data exchange and connectivity for energy devices.
We support B2C players active or willing to be active in energy services in Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom. No matter what electrical vehicle is charging, what PV system, battery or energy meter is installed, we’re connecting all brands and types, normalising, aggregating, steering and translating into valuable information for the consumers.
We also connect with optimisation services, facilitate onboarding and consent management processes, and provide dashboarding and alerting. We’re a data backbone for energy services.
re.alto is looking for a Technical Functional Analyst to take on the crucial role of translating the product vision and ideas into detailed product requirement specifications for the development team. This role involves understanding the technical aspects of the project, capturing business and functional requirements, and ensuring that the development team can effectively implement the proposed solutions.
The Technical Functional Analyst serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, helping to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements. Understand and clarify the business objectives, user stories and desired features.
Support the Product Manager and the head of development by contributing to the estimations of IT costs and required resources.
Create clear and comprehensive product requirement specifications (PRS) that outline functional and non-functional requirements, system architecture, use cases and user stories. Ensure that PRS are well-structured, unambiguous and organised.
Possess a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the project. Work closely with the business development team to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Review and validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure they accurately represent business goals and user needs. Address feedback and make necessary revisions to the PRS.
Act as a liaison between the Product Manager and the development team. Communicate requirements effectively, facilitate discussions and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Define and manage the scope of the project, considering time and resource constraints. Ensure that changes to requirements are properly documented and approved.
Keep product requirement specifications up to date throughout the project lifecycle, including documenting any changes or updates to requirements.
Identify with the Product Manager the potential risks and challenges related to the requirements and work on mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Collaborate with the operations team to develop test cases and ensure that the delivered product meets the defined requirements and quality standards.
